Yesterday or today depending on where you are, was a day of diving with our cameras. The Wakatobi photographer was accompanying us as we dove. Right before we go down he says we will see the blue ribbon eel. It is a trophy photograph that many photographers would kill for. Oh boy, I just know I'm going to get a great shot of it ! We get down there and I can't even stay in one place long enough to get a picture of anything. The current was crazy! Nobody else seemed to notice, they are all shooting away and I'm breathing like I'm on a marathon. It was a lesson in humility as Steve likes to say. He however got one that even shows his teeth. hahaha, so the next dive I set out with grand determination and miraculously enough there was a mild current and a beautiful coral wall.
Beautiful photos, ahhhh the underwater world....
ReplyDeleteThose currents sure can blow you away, I've had similar occasions and had to swim back so fast to get to see the beautiful big crab I just saw...
